Notifications and communications between you and Humble AI will be considered effective when conducted through these methods.

Subscriptions and Billing

• Certain parts of the Service are billed via recurring Subscription ("Subscription").
• Billing cycles may be monthly, quarterly, or annually, depending on your chosen plan.
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled by you or Humble AI.
• You may cancel your renewal anytime via your account page or by contacting customer support.
• A valid payment method must be provided to process Subscription fees.
• If automatic billing fails, you must manually complete payment by the stated deadline.

Fee Changes

• Humble AI may modify Subscription fees at its sole discretion.
• Changes will become effective at the end of your current Billing Cycle.
• We will give you reasonable notice of any fee change, giving you time to cancel if desired.
• Continued use of the Service after a fee change indicates your agreement to the new rates.

Refunds

All payments are final. Humble AI does not offer refunds for unused Services. In exceptional cases, such as confirmed technical malfunctions, we may grant a partial or full refund at our sole discretion. Refund decisions are final.

Accounts

• You must provide accurate, complete, and current information when creating an account.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password.
• Notify us immediately if you detect unauthorized use of your account.
